We charge a restocking fee for mechanical checks and cleaning even if you return under Australian Consumer Law.

Talk to a specialist - we have dedicated bike mechanics and Richard has a BEng degree in Electrical Engineering - an excellent mix to get things done!

Ask about reliability of the design and components - we source only genuine Samsung, LG or Panasonic battery cells and carry replacement batteries and chargers for when they reach end of life

Technical support and availability of spares for brands we carry means you are only a phone call or click away from help

Consider all your options within reasonable price brackets. Sometimes it is better to buy a lower-spec'd but warranted reliable and supported bike than risk a second-hand lemon!
